Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the director, the Key Account Executive will take charge of the Account Management team, offering guidance, support, and direction to all team members while promoting engagement and cultivating a positive team environment.
Your Duties Will Include:
Oversee and evaluate the team's performance, ensuring all tasks are executed with precision to deliver outstanding support to the organization. Build and maintain a diverse customer portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship development. Manage the account servicing of current clients, ensuring their requirements are addressed with diligence, commitment, and professionalism. Formulate strategies to enhance and broaden the customer base in collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing teams, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct regular client meetings to grasp their evolving needs and offer customized solutions. Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities utilizing the CRM system. Ensure the team's compliance with internal policies and procedures. Assist the organization in achieving or surpassing targets and KPIs.Preferred Qualifications:
