About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that promotes the rights and participation of young people.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve measurable outcomes and provide a high-quality service.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle due to the rural location.
  • Able to work a shift pattern of 2 on 4 off (8am – 10pm including sleep-in nights).
  • Experience in a similar setting (minimum 3 months preferred).
  • QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred not essential).
  • Energetic and fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy activities and have a passion for working with young people.
