Residential Support Specialist
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 2 PM - 10 PM, with one Saturday per month.
Contract Duration: 3-month temporary position.

As a Residential Support Specialist, your primary role will be to deliver housing-related assistance to individuals in need, fostering successful transitions and encouraging self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with clients to develop and implement effective support strategies.
2. Ensure that housing agreements are issued correctly and adhered to by clients.
3. Optimize rent collection processes and reduce arrears in accordance with established targets.

Organizational Performance and Compliance:
1. Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of clients' needs and associated risks.
2. Contribute to achieving both individual and team performance objectives.
3. Commit to ongoing professional development to enhance skills and practices.
4. Stay informed about relevant regulatory standards and participate in compliance audits.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a housing support capacity is essential.
- A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and business insurance are required.
- Enhanced DBS certification for working with vulnerable adults is mandatory.

This position is a temporary role, offering 40 hours per week for an initial period of 3 months, with the potential for extension or transition to a permanent position.
