Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of young people are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide 24/7 support, including sleep-in shifts.

Requirements

  • Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle due to the rural location.
  • Able to work a shift pattern of 2 on 4 off (8am – 10pm), including sleep-in nights.
  • Experience in a similar setting (minimum 3 months preferred).
  • QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
  • Energetic and fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy activities and have a passion for working with young people.
