40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, evening and weekend work is a requirement for this position.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Guest Services Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service to our audiences, staff, students, and stakeholders.

Your proactive approach will be essential in achieving or surpassing financial objectives related to ticket sales, venue hires, and bar revenue.

Additionally, you will serve as the Duty Manager during performances and events, representing our organization to customers and guests.

This position is ideal for individuals with management experience in Box Office operations, Front-of-House services, event coordination, and bar management within an arts organization, event venue, or visitor attraction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and customer service skills, experience in managing a computerized Box Office system, and a solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations, professional venue management, and licensing requirements.
