Job Title: Floor Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at RECRUITMENT EVANGELISTS. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of service standards.
  • Oversee staff training and development to ensure exceptional hospitality and maintain a focus on achieving financial targets, managing budgets, and controlling costs.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality in food and service, addressing guest feedback and handling any operational challenges.
  • Support in managing health and safety regulations and food safety standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, driving business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining or high-end restaurant, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, driving performance and productivity.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Knowledge of financial management, including budgets and cost control, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
