Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic and supportive team. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant, taking full responsibility in their absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant, taking full responsibility in their absence.
- Maintain responsibility for the overall strategic planning, development, and success of the restaurant, together with the General Manager and Head Chef.
- Assume responsibility for budget management, including the management of direct and indirect costs.
- Maintain responsibility for leading, inspiring, and motivating the restaurant team to achieve stability, productivity, and loyalty.
- Consistently act as a role-model in delivering the highest standard of guest service.
About You
We are looking for an individual with 3+ years of experience in a similar position, who possesses strong leadership skills and the confidence to lead the team. You should have excellent English language skills, be a real team player, and have a friendly and professional demeanor with plenty of charisma and flair.
