Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Reception Manager and reception team to maintain a high level of service standards
  • Manage the front desk or reception area, including handling reservations, answering phone calls, and responding to guest inquiries
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
