Credit Control Team Leader

At Informa, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Control Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Credit and Collections department, you will be responsible for leading a team of credit control specialists and ensuring that all credit control activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of credit control specialists to ensure that all credit control activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash flow.
- Monitor and analyze credit control performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that credit control activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Provide training and coaching to credit control specialists to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Proven experience in credit control and collections, with a strong understanding of credit control policies and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze credit control performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
