- Manage complex disputes and escalate higher-level issues to the Credit & Collections Manager.
- Provide weekly reports to the business on current debt levels and collection targets.
- Proven experience in credit control and collections, with a strong understanding of O2C processes and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of acquisitions and disposals, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to use relevant internal systems.
