Clinical Psychologist in Neuropsychology

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide specialist clinical services within the neuropsychology team, working closely with medical patients and their families to deliver high-quality care.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide specialist psychological and neuropsychological assessments and treatments to clients across various care settings.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct clinical audits, research, and service evaluations to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Participate in service development and governance activities to drive innovation and excellence within the Medical Psychology service.
- Post-graduate doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology, as accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and/or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- HCPC Registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist.
- Post-doctoral training in a therapeutic approach relevant to the psychological needs of medical patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
