Clinical Neuropsychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our neuropsychology service, you will be responsible for providing specialist clinical services to patients with a range of medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with neurological and psychiatric conditions.
- Provide evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, to promote patient recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for healthcare professionals.
- Participate in clinical audit and research activities to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Doctoral-level training in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology, with a focus on neuropsychology and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
- Post-doctoral training in a therapeutic approach, such as acceptance and commitment therapy.
- HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, with a focus on neuropsychology and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
