Key Responsibilities of the Sales Team Leader:
  • Guide, mentor, and oversee the sales team to meet established sales objectives and performance indicators.
  • Design and execute impactful sales strategies to optimize revenue generation and business growth.
  • Evaluate and report on team performance, offering constructive feedback and actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Facilitate regular training sessions and professional development initiatives for sales representatives.
  • Examine and interpret sales metrics to uncover trends and potential growth opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Who We Are Seeking:

A distinguished sales expert with a solid track record in a sales management role, who is also dedicated to team development and enhancing sales performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership traits and possess an analytical approach to optimizing sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales management position.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software (Salesforce) to track and enhance sales performance.
  • Outstanding leadership and coaching skills.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively across various departments to achieve overarching business objectives.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive remuneration: £45,000 per annum.

Schedule:
  • Full-time permanent role.
