About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our expanding sales team at CN Sales Recruitment LTD. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in cold outreach campaigns to new prospects to generate new leads and qualify existing ones
  • Develop and refine messaging and targeted outbound strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and yearly quotas and KPIs
  • Work closely with the Sales team to track and log all sales activity in the CRM (HubSpot) and other tools
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to identify trends from prospective customers

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a business development or lead generation/Telesales or Inside sales environment
  • Native-level English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in SaaS companies and familiarity with HubSpot are advantageous but not required
  • Self-starter with a track record of success, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
