About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Team Lead to join our team at WHSmith. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of sales assistants to deliver outstanding store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver high standards of customer service.
- Carry out stock replenishment and maintain a tidy and inviting store environment.
- Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising to help customers find what they're looking for easily.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
