We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Recruit Select. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, processing supplier invoices, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and match purchase ledger invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements and ensure accurate financial records
  • Handle queries and requests for copy invoices
  • Process supplier refunds and credit card statement reconciliations
  • Prepare purchase orders and record outbound waste and invoices
  • Coordinate supplier payment runs and fixed assets
