Purchase Ledger Clerk Job Description

We are delighted to be supporting a well-known Cambridge business as they seek to recruit a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team. This role is to cover a period of absence for around 4 weeks. The role would be full time, offering hybrid working arrangements, with up to 2 days per week from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Dealing with any purchase ledger queries
  • Additional ad hoc tasks as required

You must have previous experience working in a similar Purchase Ledger role, with knowledge of Netsuite considered advantageous. You will be an effective communicator, be organised in your approach to work and have good IT skills.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be available to start immediately.
