Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support to our team at Viva Health Laboratories. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, able to work well under pressure, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage logistical and operational needs for our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Utilize in-house and external software to book appointments, schedule collections, and manage deliveries.
  • Work with our bespoke portal system to input client data, schedule bookings, and update our team with relevant information.
  • Prepare and package nutritional test kits for shipping.
Requirements:
  • Super organized: Ability to juggle multiple projects with different priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail: Ensuring projects run smoothly and meeting the high standards of our team.
  • Tech savvy: Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Flexible: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
Working Arrangements:
  • 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs.
  • Based at our office, with occasional travel to other locations or client sites.
