As a Senior General Assistant at GLL, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining a positive image of the centre by providing a welcoming and professional service to customers and the public.
  • Preparing areas and equipment for events and activities as required.
  • Carrying out routine monitoring and maintenance of equipment and fittings, reporting any faults or major repairs to the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective control of day-to-day operations and service of events/activities, maintaining security, cleanliness, customer supervision, and equipment checks.
  • Preparing areas and equipment for events and activities as required.
  • Ensuring all equipment is used in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness at all times.
  • Promoting the facility in a positive manner to retain existing customers, encourage greater participation, and introduce new users to the stadium.
Requirements

  • Passion and personality.
  • Knowledge of health and safety.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of youth league football and sports hall activities.
