Role Description:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flight operations of our corporate aircraft by delivering scheduling and dispatching services. A commitment to providing exceptional, personalized service is essential.

As our organization expands its global travel operations, we are looking to enhance our Corporate Aircraft Dispatch and Scheduling team with a Flight Coordinator based in the UK. This addition will ensure comprehensive support around the clock for our company-owned and fractional share flight operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct assistance to senior management in scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching travel requests.
  • Facilitate logistical support by overseeing trip coordination, planning, and flight monitoring as directed by the Executive Travel Manager.
  • Manage the scheduling of aircrew and aircraft for upcoming journeys.
  • Ensure compliance with customs and immigration regulations by preparing necessary documentation for aircrew and passenger travel.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all trips, including aircraft and crew data.
  • Assess risk factors in collaboration with flight crew and adjust travel plans as needed to uphold safety standards.
Required Skills:
  • Self-motivated with excellent judgment skills to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experienced with aviation scheduling software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with senior management and making swift, informed decisions.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in Aviation Management.
  • FAA dispatcher license or equivalent experience as a Flight Coordinator is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate aviation flight operations is preferred.
  • Aviation-focused individual seeking long-term career opportunities in FAA part 91 flight scheduling.
