ICB (Waterproofing) Ltd, a leading provider of waterproofing solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

· To oversee the development and implementation of business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.

· To manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, surveyors, and contractors.

· To identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.

· To develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.

· To manage and lead a team of business development professionals to achieve business objectives.

· To stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

· To work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement business strategies.

· To provide regular reporting and updates on business performance and progress.

· To identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to business growth and expansion.

· To develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and to be able to communicate their value and benefits to clients and stakeholders.

· To stay organized and manage multiple priorities and deadlines to achieve business objectives.

· To work collaboratively with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

· A degree in Business Administration or a related field, and/or relevant experience in a senior business development role.

· Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in a similar industry.

· Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of business development professionals.
