We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Adviser to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As a key member of our broking team, you will be responsible for servicing a wide range of small to medium-sized enterprise client business insurances.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an existing book of business and assist with new enquiries to expand the Company's client base.
- Offer and renew contracts of insurance, either standalone or as part of a portfolio, to clients within a specific company division.
- Deliver effective, quality advice and efficient customer service combined with a commitment to own professional development.

- Deal with nominated new and existing business insurance enquiries in a proactive manner.

- Produce high-quality broking submission reports and broke risks to the Insurance market, demonstrating effective negotiation skills.
- Ensure high-quality client documentation is produced and provided to clients.
- Liaise with insurers and other third parties regarding clients' insurance needs, building effective business relationships.
- Provide technical support to colleagues on request.
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to assist in achieving overall company objectives.
- Adhere to FCA regulations and requirements.
