About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our growing New Business Team at Highworth Insurance. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within High-net-worth and Non-Standard Insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and build relationships with clients and introducers to drive new business growth.
  • Work closely with Directors to achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiate terms and premiums with insurers to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Identify and explore opportunities to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service and consultative advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the Insurance sector, with a strong track record of developing and building relationships.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and winning new business.
  • Experience in negotiating terms and premiums with insurers.
  • Tenacious and business-savvy, with a curiosity to identify and explore opportunities for growth.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Consultative and effective communicator, with the ability to question and listen to clients' needs.
