Insurance Advisor Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our Existing Business team at Brown & Brown Europe. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining our customers' policies, ensuring timely and accurate renewal quotations, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer policies to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide timely and accurate renewal quotations to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy maintenance and renewal processes

Requirements:

  • Insurance experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
