Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Performing general administrative and secretarial functions specific to the CAMHS community crisis team.
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and letters.
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills, as you will often serve as the initial point of contact for service inquiries and appointment scheduling.
- Conducting general office duties such as typing, data entry, filing, and document scanning in accordance with Trust policies.
- Coordinating and confirming appointments and meetings, including arranging hospitality and booking necessary resources.

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:

Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
- Knowledge of various administrative and secretarial procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Understanding of the Data Protection Act and NHS Code of Confidentiality.
- Recent administrative experience, typically a minimum of 2 years.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to engage in continuing professional development.
- Professional demeanor when representing the Trust.
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
Desirable:
- Experience in the NHS.
