Job Title: Customer Service Liaison Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison Officer to join our team at Vizion Network Ltd. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving expressions of dissatisfaction, and working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve expressions of dissatisfaction within FCA guidelines and internal/external SLAs.
  • Act as a first-level point of contact for customers, clients, repair network members, suppliers, and partners.
  • Process and resolve incoming calls/emails in a professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed recording of all information using our management systems.
  • Highlight potential process improvements to reduce the level of EODs.
  • Communicate with internal departments for EOD resolution.
  • Identify training requirements to reduce repeat failures.
  • Meet agreed targets and manage daily workload for efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • GCSE Maths and English.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work to agreed deadlines, targets, and objectives.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to providing a first-class service.
  • At least 1-year customer service experience.
  • Experience of handling customer complaints.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)
