Job Title: Brand Liaison Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Liaison Officer to join our team at Vizion Network Limited. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers, clients, and repair network members, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process and resolve customer complaints within FCA guidelines and internal/external service level agreements.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed recording of all customer interactions and information using our management systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate these to the line manager.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.
  • Meet agreed targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • GCSE Maths and English.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work to agreed deadlines and targets.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to providing a first-class service to customers.
  • At least 1-year customer service experience.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (8.30am pm).
