Job Title: Brand Liaison Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Liaison Officer to join our team at Vizion Network Ltd. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and resolve customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers, clients, and repair network members, providing prompt and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Process and resolve customer complaints within FCA guidelines and internal/external service level agreements.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed recording of all customer interactions and information using our management systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate these to the line manager to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and ensure seamless communication.
  • Continuously improve customer service standards and identify training requirements to reduce repeat complaints.
  • Meet agreed targets and manage daily workload to maintain efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Management Team to support the smooth operation of the business.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • GCSE Maths and English.
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work to agreed deadlines, targets, and objectives.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously to a high level of accuracy.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to providing a first-class service to customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • At least 1-year customer service experience and experience of handling customer complaints.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (8.30am pm)
