Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Liaison Officer to join our team at Vizion Network Limited. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Act as a first point of contact for customers, clients, and partners, providing prompt and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction in accordance with FCA guidelines and internal/external service level agreements.
    • Ensure accurate and detailed recording of all customer interactions and information in our management systems.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements across departments and the network to reduce the level of customer complaints.
    • Communicate with internal departments as required to resolve customer complaints.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the Customer Support Team to achieve high standards of customer service and meet performance targets.
    • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service and reduce complaints.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service and complaint resolution.
    • Identify potential company training requirements to assist in the reduction of repeat failures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • GCSE Maths and English.
    • At least 1-year customer service experience.
    • Experience of handling customer complaints.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent telephone manner.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Ability to work to agreed deadlines, targets, and objectives.
    • Good planning and organisational skills.
    • Commitment to providing a first-class service to customers, suppliers, and partners.
Working Arrangements

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (8.30am pm).
