About the Role

Vizion Network Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and resolve customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process and resolve customer complaints within regulatory guidelines and service level agreements.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed recording of customer interactions and issues using our management systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to reduce customer complaints.
  • Meet agreed targets and manage daily workload for efficiency.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and promote data security at all times.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • GCSE Maths and English.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work to agreed deadlines, targets, and objectives.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • First-class communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • At least 1-year customer service experience.
  • Experience of handling customer complaints.

Working Hours

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30 am - 5:00 pm).
