About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Liaison Officer to join our team at Vizion Network Limited. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and resolve Expressions of Dissatisfaction (EODs) related to motor claims, adhering to FCA guidelines and internal/external Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, clients, repair network members, suppliers, and partners, responding promptly to inquiries and taking action in a professional manner.
- Process and resolve EODs efficiently, ensuring accurate and detailed recording of all information using our management systems.
- Identify potential process improvements and communicate them to the line manager to reduce EODs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve EODs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Meet agreed targets and manage daily workload to maintain efficiency.
- Perform other duties as required by the Management Team, adhering to Company Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- GCSE Maths and English.
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work to agreed deadlines, targets, and objectives, both individually and as part of a team.
- Good planning and organisational skills, with a commitment to providing a first-class service to customers, suppliers, and partners.
- At least 1-year customer service experience and experience of handling customer complaints.
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30 am - 5:00 pm).
