Salary: £26,388 - £28,374

Coleg Cambria's Yale site is seeking a dedicated Spa Supervisor to lead our brand new state-of-the-art 'Ial Spa'. This role will drive strategy and create a unique learner experience while maximising commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the spa team, fostering a positive culture and ensuring alignment with industry goals and standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, supervising daily activities, setting clear goals, monitoring and conducting performance reviews.
  • Support the hiring and onboarding of new staff, and be a role model and mentor to learners studying within the department.
  • Address client complaints promptly, oversee reception duties, conduct client consultations, deliver services and drive product and treatment sales to meet targets.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and community groups to facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and networking sessions, supporting all departmental promotions and events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum level 3 Beauty or Spa Therapy based qualification.
  • Grades A-C in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
  • Proven recent experience within the spa industry, with experience in customer service and stock management.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong marketing and sales abilities.

Welsh Language Skills: Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
