Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £26,388 - £28,374

Coleg Cambria's Yale site is seeking a dedicated Spa Supervisor to lead our brand new state-of-the-art 'Ial Spa'. This role will drive strategy and create a unique learner experience while maximising commercial opportunities. In this role, you will lead and develop the spa team, fostering a positive culture and ensuring alignment with industry goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and supervise daily activities
  • Set clear goals, monitor, and conduct performance reviews
  • Support the hiring and onboarding of new staff
  • Be a role model and mentor to learners studying within the department
  • Address client complaints promptly and oversee reception duties
  • Conduct client consultations, deliver services, and drive product and treatment sales to meet targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum level 3 Beauty or Spa Therapy based qualification
  • Grades A-C in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
  • Proven recent experience within the spa industry, including customer service and stock management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Strong marketing and sales abilities
