As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in leading and developing a team of up to 11 colleagues, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Development: Act as first line support to the Branch Manager, leading and supporting the team to achieve sales targets and suggesting opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Product Knowledge and Sales: Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions, proactively driving sales performance for the branch.
- Customer Relationships: Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
- Market Knowledge: Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth.
- Operational Efficiency: Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
