As a Registered Care Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your branch, ensuring it's efficient, profitable, and providing exceptional care to our customers. You'll hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure it operates within CQC/CIW guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the branch to ensure it meets the highest standards of care and efficiency.
  • Hold the CQC/CIW registration and ensure the branch operates within CQC/CIW guidelines.
  • Recruit and train new carers to maintain and grow the team.
  • Seek new business opportunities and support the commercial growth of the branch.
  • Regularly review the branch's operation to ensure all customer needs are met.
  • Communicate and implement policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
  • Support branch staff and carers with their training and development.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You'll also need knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience of working within the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also required.
