Branch Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Branch Administrator. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative duties, including uploading property details onto major property portals.
  • Deal with customer enquiries, both in branch and over the phone, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Ensure office expenditure is maintained within budgeted levels, managing our finances effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator/Secretary or similar role.
  • Customer-focused and comfortable in a client-facing role.
  • Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Organized and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
