**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality care.
  • Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Recruit and develop a team of carers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the commercial growth of the branch.
  • Regularly review branch operations to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Communicate and implement policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
  • Support staff and carers with training and development.

**Requirements**

  • Level 5 NVQ in Management in care or willingness to work towards achieving this.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance.
  • Experience in the care sector at management level.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
