As a Registered Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our branches operate efficiently, profitably, and provide the highest standard of care to all customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring it meets the highest standards of care and customer satisfaction.
  • Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure it operates within CQC/CIW guidelines.
  • Recruit and train new team members, guiding them through the recruitment process and supporting their development.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and support the commercial growth of the branch.
  • Regularly review the operation of the branch to ensure all customer needs are met.
  • Communicate and implement policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
  • Support branch staff and carers with their training and development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You'll also need knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience of working within the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
