We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team at Glos. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our primary school office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the school leadership team and staff
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including reception, mail, and records
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
