We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As an Office Coordinator/Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our estate agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Office Operations: Ensure the smooth running of our office, including maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Schedule and Coordinate Property Viewings: Arrange and coordinate property viewings, meetings, and appointments with clients and colleagues.
  • Liaise with Clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements and preferences, and providing regular updates on the status of their transactions.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

About You:

  • Previous Experience: You will have previous experience in an estate agency or a similar administrative/negotiation role.
  • Organizational Skills: You will possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK Driving License: You will hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for property viewings.
