Role Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen within the UK Acquisition Team, where the performance marketing unit is tasked with generating and converting demand to support new customer acquisition. This position plays a vital role in driving growth through the Affiliate Marketing Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage consumer-facing affiliate marketing initiatives, partner relationships, and associated performance metrics.
  • Develop, review, and implement marketing creatives and campaigns while planning and executing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team, third-party agencies, and internal departments to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting for the Affiliate Marketing channel and communicate strategies and plans to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on digital trends and technologies to enhance co-branding efforts and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist in forecasting and regular performance reporting, developing a thorough understanding of key business drivers to facilitate growth.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, confidence, and a personable demeanor, coupled with high energy and a proactive mindset. Additionally, they should possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing.
  • Expertise in digital marketing with the capability to design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
