Billing Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our monthly billing cycle. This role will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal) and customers to resolve any queries or issues related to invoices or accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 10 reports based in Manila, responsible for generating approximately 100 invoices monthly
- Minimize revenue adjustments by promoting in-month billing in collaboration with the Sales and Revenue Operations teams
- Collaborate with credit control to support cash flow management through prompt customer payments
- Manage NetSuite ERP system information relevant to customer accounts and billing profiles
- Ensure the accuracy of billing in NetSuite
- Understand and manage Preqin's processes and ensure they are performed in a timely manner
- Perform daily or weekly housekeeping checks for any errors, non-processed opportunities, or orders
- Resolve all errors prior to weekly Bank Close
- Ensure invoice validation before approval and issuing the final invoices to customers
- Deal with customer queries through to resolution within a suitable timeframe
- Liaise with customers and other departments to ensure processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Evaluate and manage complaints
- Decision-making skills
- Billing experience with a track record of delivering high-level global customer service
- Experience with subscriptions billing software and/or billing processes
- Ability to be proactive, ensuring problems are quickly resolved or escalated
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation with a drive to learn services offered
- Ability to identify and investigate anomalies to point of resolution
- Good relationship-building skills
- Professional, customer-focused, and self-motivated team player
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience with NetSuite ERP system
