Your role at NTT DATA
As a Billing Operations Manager, your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with clients to resolve intricate billing discrepancies, assisting the sales team in addressing inquiries, and supporting our offshore billing personnel.You will directly engage with clients to guarantee the accuracy of all invoices, while coordinating with various departments across the organization as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
Supervising the creation of invoices and billing statements Ensuring the maintenance of client records pertinent to invoicing and payment Reviewing the work of billing personnel to ensure precision, addressing any discrepancies as required Compiling and distributing a prioritized list of clients for invoicing to team members Generating and sharing regular reports on invoicing and billing performance metrics Guiding staff on the appropriate legal frameworks for collections practices Providing support to clients with disputes or inquiries regarding invoices or the billing processQualifications and Skills
Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable or a related field Strong verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in SAP, High Radius, and advanced MS Excel skills Fundamental understanding of collections practices and regulations Exceptional interpersonal and leadership capabilities Capacity to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all circumstancesWork Environment:
