About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Manager to join our team at Advania UK. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Processing Billing Notices: You will be responsible for receiving, analyzing, and processing billing notices pertaining to telecom and project-based services.
- Uploading Customer Orders and Billing Details: You will upload all customer orders and corresponding billing details onto the appropriate systems.
- Maintaining Tariff Tables and Rate Plans: You will maintain and update tariff tables and rate plans on the billing system as required.
- Revenue Assurance Activities: You will carry out revenue assurance activities, including generating and verifying revenue trends, service-specific reports, margin reports, number audits, contract renewal audits, etc.
- Project Billing and Reconciliation: You will endorse and drive all facets of project billing - both one-off and recurring. You will also reconcile externally approved hour reports for accurate billing.
- Stakeholder Interaction: You will be responsible for interacting with various stakeholders, including finance teams, legal staff, project teams, sales/account managers, client coordinators, credit control personnel, and clients.
- Requirements:
- Telecoms Billing Experience: You must have proven experience with telecoms billing.
- Project Billing Familiarity: You should have familiarity with project billing.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Lifecycle Telecoms Billing Software Experience: Experience of Lifecycle Telecoms Billing Software is preferable.
- Billing Platform Software Experience: Experience of Billing Platform Software is preferable.
