We are seeking a skilled Video Content Producer who possesses a strong background in video production and a keen interest in post-production, music, and entertainment trends.

As a vital member of our team, you will report directly to the Head of Video. Your expertise in all facets of video production will be essential, as will your ability to shoot compelling footage and your enthusiasm for post-production work. A solid understanding of our audio brands and their target audiences on social media is crucial, along with a deep appreciation for entertainment culture and music artists.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Head of Video and Digital Editors to uphold brand identity in all video projects.
  • Identifying and executing enhancements in the video editing workflow.
  • Creating tailored content for our audio brand audiences, considering strategic approaches for each social media platform.
  • Staying informed about the latest trends in social media video editing.
  • Editing both short and long-form videos for our audio brand social accounts and YouTube channel.
  • Engaging with internal and external partners to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas.
  • Incorporating feedback from stakeholders into your creative process.
  • Managing and directing video production both in-studio and on location.
  • Delivering content that is accurate, on-brand, and engaging for our audience.
  • Formulating and executing video distribution strategies to maximize reach.
  • Overseeing video equipment, ensuring all gear is functional and reporting any issues.
  • Collaborating with teams to implement digital best practices, including creating eye-catching graphics and compelling edits.
  • Taking on the role of director or producer when necessary to ensure high-quality video content is produced on time.
  • Working with social teams to spot online trends and influential personalities.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Strong knowledge of camera operation, sound, and lighting techniques.
  • Proven experience in both shooting and editing, with a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms from a video perspective.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Premiere.
  • Ability to work with multi-track audio.
  • Familiarity with aspect ratios and video encoding formats.
  • Skills in sound design and project management.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to translate performance data into actionable video formats.
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Mac systems.
  • Experience in storyboarding and scripting.
  • Understanding of media law and compliance requirements.
  • Awareness of health and safety protocols during shoots.
  • General graphic design skills, including knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects, are a plus.
  • Photography skills are advantageous.
  • A team-oriented approach, capable of seeing projects through to completion.
  • A strong focus on analytics and audience engagement across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
