Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Head of HR. This role is crucial in delivering an efficient HR function and requires a professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Draft and Post Job Advertisements: Create and post job advertisements to attract top talent, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by sifting through CVs, liaising with recruiters, and scheduling interviews.
  3. Onboarding and Offboarding: Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documentation, and manage the offboarding process for exiting employees.
  4. Employee Records and Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  5. Training and Development: Administer employee training and development activities, including record-keeping and course feedback.
  6. HR Projects and Support: Participate in HR projects and provide general administrative support to the Head of HR, including attending weekly global HR team meetings and undertaking training as required.
