The Role

As an HR Advisor, you will provide guidance on various employment issues and manage Employee Relations processes. Your role will involve redesigning procedures for ongoing system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address complex Employee Relations cases, including those at the Tribunal stage.
  • Coach and influence both managers and senior leadership.
  • Maintain a strong commercial perspective and understanding of the business.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Possess a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
