Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the Practice Director's schedule, ensuring timely and efficient use of their time.
  • Business Administration Support: Provide administrative support to the central management team, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Project Assistance: Assist the Practice Director on various projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Policies and Procedures: Support the Practice Director in updating and reviewing the firm's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Meeting Organisation: Organise senior leadership meetings, including preparing and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
  • Research and Development: Undertake research to understand topics related to the running of the firm, including industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
