We are seeking an experienced Practice Director to join our team at Hire Ground Ltd. As a Practice Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our private general doctors practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice Management: Oversee the management of our practice, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
  • Staff Management: Manage and coordinate the activities of clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Operations: Organize and coordinate the provision of services, including equipment maintenance, patient communication, and administrative tasks.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our practice is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including CQC requirements.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and improve staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Complaints Handling: Deal with patient complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are logged and addressed.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and manage supplies, ensuring that our practice has the necessary resources to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Must have experience as a Practice Manager in private healthcare, with a proven track record of managing a small practice.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with high-net-worth patients and families.
  • Knowledge: Must have knowledge of CQC regulations and standards, as well as experience with Semble (formerly Heydoc).
  • Education: High standards of English (spoken and written), with good grammar and presentation skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £50k to £65k, depending on experience.
  • Permanent Full-time Position: In-person, 5 days per week, 8.30 am to 6 pm.
