Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Practice Director to join our team at Hire Ground Ltd. As a Practice Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our private general doctors practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the practice, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Clinical Governance: Coordinate and ensure compliance of clinical and non-clinical staff with mandatory training, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of CQC regulations.
  • Staff Management: Ensure that staff management is in line with CQC requirements, and implement effective performance management strategies to improve staff retention and performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the practice is CQC compliant, and maintain accurate records of compliance.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organisation: Maintain accurate records, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Must have experience as a Practice Manager in private healthcare, with a proven track record of managing a small practice.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Must have knowledge of CQC regulations, and experience with Semble (formerly Heydoc) would be an advantage.
  • Qualifications: Must have the right to work in the UK, and a high standard of English (spoken and written).
